Finley Forest

We are a diverse community of families, professionals, retirees, students of all kinds, living in 372 condominiums on 37 acres of former farm land. Finley Forest was established in 1985, and a number of residents have lived here practically since the beginning.

The Finley Forest Community Association is governed by a volunteer board of seven members. Board elections are held every year at our annual meeting, which is generally held the first weekend in November.

The community contains two-bedroom flats and two- and three-bedroom two-story townhouses, and also has two tennis courts (hard courts), a swimming pool, two small playgrounds, two sizeable green spaces (please clean up after your dog), and a "painted lady" clubhouse which may be rented by residents and owners.
