Finley Forest Condominium Community

Welcome to Finley Forest

If you are a new resident, welcome to our community! Here are some things we hope every Finley Forest resident will do and know.

  • Please give your contact information to the management office. This will let them contact you if there is an emergency, for example a leak, fire, or other issue with your building. It also helps us make sure all owners know about our annual meeting.

We also hope you'll agree to share your e-mail address. It will make it easier to notify you promptly should anything occur.

  • Be sure to get a copy of the community rules from the office.
  • Your new neighbors implore you to please dispose of your moving boxes and trash responsibly - many new residents may not realize that putting corrugated cardboard into the dumpsters is not allowed. You may also wonder what to do with that old decrepit couch. Please read about where to get rid of practically anything.
  • Many of your neighbors can't wait to meet you. [We hope to expand on why that's so important, including emergency contact and other benefits of knowing each other]
  • Please consider attending at least one board meeting, especially if you are an owner, so you can learn a little about how Finley Forest really works. You can also meet the board -- mostly made up of your neighbors -- which is so nice should you have business with the board later.
